Clare is the Director of European Training and Client Support. Clare is a skilled and energetic facilitator who has worked with people at all levels and across a wide variety of professions. Her 24 years of working in the London corporate environment has earned her extensive experience in the development of executive level audiences through both individual and team engagements.
Prior to working with Pinnacle, her most recent role was heading the Learning & Development team for Lloyd’s of London. Clare is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Additionally, she worked with the London Business School to develop and implement a leadership program open to senior management from Lloyd’s and organizations within the Lloyd’s market.
Her passion for development extends to children, and she currently volunteers at a school in Bethnal Green, where she helps children with their reading and English comprehension. Clare spent ten years as a singer in a London based band, where she frequently performed live as well as recording.
