
David is Co-Founder and CEO of Pinnacle Performance Company; a global performance-based training firm that has revolutionized presentation and communication skills training. He is also co-inventor of The Pinnacle Method™; a unique and innovative learning system that meshes time tested acting techniques with contemporary business skills (Performance-Based Communication®) to teach business professionals how to clearly and concisely influence their audience through the delivery their message. He has spent the better part of the last 15 years in executive level sales and marketing positions at both Fortune 500 companies and hi-tech/internet start-ups, where he was generally tasked with building and developing the initial sales forces.
In 2004 David co-founded LastLine Endeavors, a film development and production company that produced the award winning feature film, Brothers Three: An American Gothic. In 2006, he co-founded the screenplay acquisition and development company, Mid-Coast Development, to help provide a conduit to Los Angeles and New York City for the many emerging and largely unknown Midwestern screenwriters and their work. In addition to producing, David has an accomplished list of acting credits. He has worked on stage or in film with the likes of Jack Nicholson, Harvey Keitel, Madeleine Stowe, Robert Duvall, James Earl Jones, John Heard, Neal McDonough, Patrick Wilson and more.
In 2006, David co-founded a screenplay acquisition and development company, MidCoast Development (www.midcoastdevelopment.com ), to help provide a conduit for the many emerging and largely unknown Midwestern screenwriters and their work.
Currently David and co-founder G. Riley Mills are working on a book based on the award winning Pinnacle Method, “The Pin Drop Principle”, due out from publisher Jossey-Bass™ spring 2012.
He is a member of the Screen Actors Guild, and is a graduate of Cornell University with a Bachelors' Degree in Business Management and Communication.
