Surabhi Thirumalai is the Director of Programs at Pinnacle Performance Company, responsible for India & Sri Lanka regions. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Surabhi has worked with Fortune 500 software services and product development companies in various capacities. She has over seven years of diverse experience in the field of human resources, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, leadership and organizational development. She has a keen interest in personnel development & training.
Surabhi holds a post-graduate degree from Xavier Labour Research Institute and has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Visweshawriah Technological University.
