In order to truly grow from any good training experience, participants need to implement and practice new skills if they hope to retain them. To assist with this growth, Pinnacle offers a variety of retention support options to ensure those completing a Pinnacle workshop have a plan to maximize their newly developed techniques.

Retention Sessions: By utilizing applicable exercises and simulations to apply their skills, Pinnacle Retention Sessions are essential to help participants build upon the discoveries and observations made in their initial workshop. Retention tools, including Observation Checklists and Customizable Performance Reports, are provided to help participants accurately gauge their progress and develop a plan for further improvement.
Personal Video Access: Participants are given private access to our customer portal, where they can view and download their individual exercises, simulations and presentations. By reviewing these videos and analyzing their work, they can continue to sharpen their tools and practice what they’ve learned, while keeping in mind where they started.
Monthly Email Refresher: Those who have completed a Pinnacle workshop are eligible to receive a Monthly Email Refresher. From our 60 Second Quick Tip videos, to the latest exercises and techniques, you will have the tools at your disposal to improve and retain your skills for as long as you desire.
Customer Portal: In addition to personal video access, the customer portal will offer participants numerous other helpful features. A full library of the 60 Second Quick Tip videos, an archive of the Monthly Email Refresher and past issues of The Red Carpet newsletter are only a sampling of the tools available that will allow them to hone and retain the skills they have learned in their workshops.
